One price, and every module in it
You pay for the people at desks. Drivers, porters and packers log in free, and there is no module to unlock later.

The trial
Fourteen days, no card at signup. If you run out of time part-way through setting up your tariff and your vehicles, you can extend it once to thirty days yourself, with one click. If you walk away, your data is kept for ninety days and you can export it throughout, then it is deleted.
Text messages
Texts are the one thing metered, because each one costs real money to send and there is no ceiling on how many a firm sends. Everything else — address lookups, distance calculations, maps, email — is absorbed in the price. Blocks do not expire while you are subscribed, and unused segments are forfeited ninety days after you cancel. You get 25 free segments to test with.

A text over 160 characters, or one using characters outside the standard set, is sent as more than one segment. The editor tells you how many before you send. Texts to a mobile outside the UK use more than one segment each.
A website, if you want one
A template-based website on your own domain, edited by you, with its contact and quote forms feeding straight into Remova. £50 a month, and a separate service rather than a feature we have withheld from the price above.
Free updates means we keep the platform, the security and the templates up to date. It does not mean bespoke design work.
