Remova is removals and storage software for UK firms. One system for quoting, surveys, the diary, dispatch, storage, invoicing and the messages that go with them.
Why it exists
Most removals software is either very old and very expensive, or cheap and built for a different trade entirely. Firms end up running a quoting tool, a diary, a spreadsheet for storage and an accounts package that none of them talk to, and re-typing the same move into all four. Remova is the attempt to do that once.
How it is built
Decisions are made in the open and written down: what a cancellation term does, why an issued invoice cannot be edited, how a storage period prorates. Where the trade has a rule — DVSA keeping fifteen months of walkaround checks, HMRC wanting six years of invoices — the software follows the rule rather than an approximation of it.
What we will not do
We will not add paid modules to a price that says everything is included. We will not charge for a driver to have a login. We will not be the merchant of record for your move: your customers' card payments go to your account, not ours.
Where we are
Remova is a Spanish company selling to UK businesses, which is why no VAT is added to your subscription and your invoice carries reverse-charge wording. Support is in English and in UK hours.
